VOCAL MARION LEA MA ARCM LRAM 01372 725028 Marion Lea, who studied at the Royal Academy of Music, is a freelance pianist and accompanist. She has performed with many singers and instrumentalists in recitals and concerts and broadcasts on television and radio, whilst working as an orchestral and audition pianist. She plays for choral and operatic societies, coaches singers, and works as official accompanist at music festivals. |
INSTRUMENTAL MELANIE JONES ALCM LRAM MA PGDip melnejones@hotmail.com Following four years at York University, Melanie completed her studies in piano accompaniment at the Royal Academy of Music in July 2009, where she studied with Malcolm Martineau and Daniel-Ben Pienaar. Melanie has played in venues including The Purcell Room, St John’s Smith Square, St James’ Piccadilly, Cheltenham Town Hall and The Royal Albert Hall. Festivals she has performed at include the Norwich and Norfolk Festival, the York Late Music Festival, Greenbelt and the Llangollen International Eisteddfod. Melanie was a Park Lane Group Young Artist for 2014/15 and has recently performed recitals at the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse and the Wigmore Hall. She works as a freelance pianist and teacher from her home near Clapham Junction. |
